What we collect
We collect the information needed to operate MASAKA:
- account identity, email address, and sign-in provider;
- projects, configuration, API keys, session metadata, usage, and billing records;
- browser instructions, actions, page state, and artifacts created while running a session;
- profiles and credentials you explicitly choose to save.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, run and stream browser sessions, resume saved state, secure the service, provide support, meter usage, and process payments.
We do not sell personal information or use private browser-session content for advertising.
Service providers
MASAKA relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database and authentication, source-code login, observability, and payment processing. They receive only the information required to perform those services under their own security and privacy commitments.
Storage and security
Saved sensitive values are encrypted and access is scoped to your account and project. Browser traffic, live previews, and control events are transmitted over authenticated connections. No system is risk-free, so keep API keys private and revoke credentials you no longer use.
Retention and control
We retain account and operational data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet financial-record obligations. You can delete sessions, profiles, credentials, API keys, and projects from the console where available, or request account deletion.
Contact
For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or account deletion, email masaka-ai-sup@outlook.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, API keys, or saved credentials. For non-sensitive community questions, join the official MASAKA Discord or visit the MASAKA GitHub organization.
